Olive Oils, homemade Jams and other local products.

The olive oil from Mas du Sabartes is a cold-extracted extra virgin oil made from "Olivière" olives. It is a golden yellow oil very fragrant with aromas of tomatoes and artichokes.

Preparation based on Camargue salt, garden herbs (thyme, rosemary, savory and oregano) and spices (sweet chilli pepper and paprika).

Our jams are handcrafted in our farm, with the fruits of our orchard.
All our jams are packed in jars of 250 grs and are composed of 60% fruit and 40% sugar.
